WORKING SLACK JEAN - BLACK RINSED
Following on from last season's Slack jean, this iteration is a rinsed black denim version.
A jean interpretation of the Working Slack Pant, translating the dual side seam through to denim, with patch pockets, olive green herringbone twill pocket bags, and concealed zip/flap pockets at each hip. The split selvage outseam references Lee half-selvage models, but instead the selvage is full with an added shaping panel. Selvage seams can only be straight, so to add shape to the leg an extra, tapering panel is added between the straight selvage edges.
Featuring the same deep fly as the Slack Pant, referencing bondage trousers and achieving a cleaner front aspect, loop-over belt loops continue through to the inside of the garment, allowing a drawcord to be threaded through the inside of the jean, worn beltless.
Working SKEWed is made at Edwin Japan’s experimental ‘SKEWed’ production facility, combining their in-house weaving and sewing expertise with Working’s experimental design approach.
